One hour in.
A full set out.

Studio files or a remote recording go in. Kerf reads every word, scores every moment and cuts the whole set. Every clip arrives with the reason it made the set.

Scroll to run the episode. It's illustrative, and it's the order Kerf works in.

Two ways in.

Recorded in a studio or over Riverside, the episode comes in whole and the set comes out the same.

Route 1 · In person

Upload from your studio

Send the full-length files straight from the room, from one camera or several. Kerf lines the angles up and the frame follows whoever's talking.

Cam A · wide
Cam B · host
Cam C · guest
Route 2 · Remote

Connect Riverside

Remote episodes come straight in with each speaker on their own track. Or paste a link from YouTube, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Guest · remote

Three rules, every clip.

This is how the set stays postable. Nothing gets in on volume alone.

Guest lane

It follows the guest

Kerf maps who is talking, second by second, and scores each stretch on how much of it your guest carries and whether your question runs through the answer.

In point

It starts where it makes sense

Sentences often start too early. Kerf moves the in point to the first line a stranger could follow, past the false start and the throat-clearing.

In · 00:18:06:00

Yeah, so, I mean, the thing is,we doubled the price and lost the clients we never wanted.

Out point

It ends on the breath

The out point waits for the last word, then for the breath after it. A clip that would stop mid-word or before the point lands stays off the set.

Breath
Cut

The last second gets checked.

Every clip in the set ships with its own delivery note. You see why it's there before you tick it.

The cutting-room floor.

What stays out, and why. You can see these too, so nothing disappears without a reason.

What you open after a recording. Tap a day, drag the trim, or tick the whole week. It works. It just isn't your episode yet.
